Holladay Distillery's Soft Red Wheat Bourbon Reviews & Tasting Notes

Last year, Ben Holladay Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon took my Best Bourbon of 2022. New for 2023 is Holladay Distillery’s Soft Red Wheat Bourbon, which comes in two expressions: Bottled-in-Bond and Rickhouse Proof. I’ve had a chance to sip both and am ready to report my findings.
