Just over a year ago, Barrell Craft Spirits created Barrell Foundation, its first non-cask-strength whiskey. Its newest release is Barrell Foundation Double Barrel, a blend of straight Bourbons from four states at that same lower proof. My review details how it worked out. Cheers!
